Fortunately, Lake Norman Realty's Property Management Department is here to ease the stress of being a landlord with both MANAGED and FIND TENANT-ONLY services. We act as a liaison between our clients and tenants, overseeing details both routine and otherwise. From leasing and general upkeep to that 3:00 AM plumbing leak, we handle it all so you don't have to. We offer residential, commercial and vacation rental management as well as tenant procurement services with no upfront fees.

Maintenance and Repairs
If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911! Please submit your repair and/or maintenance request via phone at 888-811-2956 OR submit your request online through your Tenant Portal.

Pay Rent Online
For your convenience, rental payments can be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week by logging in to your Tenant Portal. Electronic Check payments are subject to a $3.00 convenience fee per transaction. Credit or Debit payments are subject to a $39.00 fee on the total amount charged to the card per transaction. We accept Visa, Discover & MasterCard. We do NOT accept American Express.
